What kind of Growth Hacker are we looking for?

You’re obsessed with data, you want to experiment every day to find new growth opportunities for businesses. You can come up with great creative solutions to hack the growth of companies. You know everything about the newest (online) tools, marketing strategies and process driven growth is fueling your energy.  


What kind of Growth Hacking knowledge are we looking for?

  • Basic coding skills;
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with PPC (Adwords/Social Ads);
  • Excellent knowledge of APIs and how they work (list scraping, etc.);
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and experience in analysing data sets;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch;
  • A record of success in building growth from scratch;
  • A passion for sharing knowledge;
  • Fresh ideas to build and activate our community;
  • A detail oriented and results driven way of working;
  • You can easily work with new (online) tools;
  • You can easily generate creative ideas based on data for different companies and industries;
  • BONUS: You know how to write persuasive texts;
  • BONUS: Experience with Hubspot;
  • Minimum Bachelor degree or relevant experience;
  • And last but not least; a positive attitude and a will to win.


What are you going to do as a Growth Hacker?

As a Growth Hacker for VisionEars/Mullberries Agency you will drive experiments to grow your own value propositions. You will look for potential new customer groups by using PPC, landing pages and viral marketing. Once we have found new customer groups you will start with conversion rate optimization, set up automated workflows based on experiment learnings and scale up the lead generation machine. You will work with a Growth Manager, SEO/SEA specialist, Designer, Marketing Automation Specialist and with Developers. 

Activities you will be doing:

  • Generating leads using PPC/SEO/Inbound Marketing/Viral Marketing;
  • Conversion Rate Optimization;
  • Create growth driven experiments;
  • Create automated workflows (marketing automation);
  • Extensive data-analyses to find new hacks.
