In a good discovery call, you only ask questions to learn about your customer and spend only 3 to 5 minutes on pitching your new product or service.
List of questions:

- 📅 Can you talk me through your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities?
- 📊 What are the metrics you take care of?
- 🎯 What goals are you looking to achieve?
- 🚧 What is holding you back from achieving that goal/What is your main problem?
- ⏳ What will happen if you are not able to solve the problem?
- 🔍 Could you share with me some of the approaches you took in the past to address these issues? What were the outcomes of these attempts?
- 🌟 What does success look like for you with this project?
- ⏰ What is your timeline?/When do you need to solve this?
- 💡 What other solutions or vendors are you currently considering?
