The innovation assessment is a strategic tool that facilitates a comprehensive evaluation of your organization's innovation capabilities. We’ll walk through the four main components of a successful innovation strategy; leadership, processes, portfolio, and knowledge exchange.
The results will give a clear view of the transformational strategies needed to develop the next stage for your innovation capabilities. This could involve enhancing your innovation culture, optimizing processes for efficiency, or better aligning your resources with your strategic innovation goals.
We determine your organisation’s innovation archetype based on your level of diversification, innovation commitment, and execution. You receive a maturity score to indicate your organisation’s innovation maturity level within that archetype. We determine your maturity score based on our experience in working with comparable organisations (regarding innovation abilities).
Each archetype consists of two terms. For example the Defending Strategist. The first word indicates your type of innovation commitment and execution. The second indicates your level of diversification. No archetype is better than the other. It’s all about determining your current type and analysing it’s fit to your strategic goals.
